Payment Terms

Payment terms are:

Late bookings – bookings made within 30 days of arrival date – 100% payment required at the time of booking to be paid directly into owner’s bank account (Sterling or Euros) or via paypal*.

Standard Bookings – a 25% non-refundable deposit to be paid at the time of booking directly into owner’s bank account (Sterling or Euros) or via paypal*. Booking will be confirmed once payment is received.

Remaining 75% to be paid directly into owner’s bank account (Sterling or Euros) or via paypal, a min of 4 weeks prior to booking start date.

Cleaning Deposit – £50 or 50 euro’s cleaning deposit to be paid along with the final 75%. A full clean of the house before your arrival and after you leave is included within the cost of the let. However, if the house is not left in a suitable state and hence extra cleaning is required, the cost for the extra cleaning requirements is taken from the cleaning deposit. For example, if the rubbish is left at the house instead of being taken to the recycling bins in town, if dogs foul the garden and it is not collected by the owner, if sheets or towels are left in a particularly bad state and require heavy duty cleaning or even replacing etc.

Assuming none of the above apply, the cleaning deposit will be returned to you, via bank transfer, 48 hours after your checkout.

*Paypal – please note there is a 5% fee for paying via Paypal to cover potential fees we may be charged. Please confirm if you are intending to pay via Paypal in advance so the additional fee can be included.

Cancellation Policy

The deposit of 25% of the total booking is non refundable. The final payment of 75% is payable 30 days before arrival. If the booking is subsequently cancelled after the final payment is made a refund of 25% of the entire booking is provided.
